FAQ

We are  a small, family-owned business, and we take pride in creating every order by hand in our home-based shop.

Most orders will be made and shipped to you within the time shown in the description of the order. However, this is not our full time business, and we are creating your items during our "off time" during nights and weekends. If we don't feel that we can finish your piece as expected, we will contact you immediately.

If you need your order in time for a birthday, anniversary, etc., please don’t hesitate to reach out at shopdogwoodcraft@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do to accommodate your request.

Otherwise, we look forward to shipping this out to you once it is ready!

​​​Returns & Refunds

All of our pieces will be warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 60 days from the date of receipt. Anything past 60 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All returns require prior authorization. Email shopdogwoodcraft@gmail.com for authorization. Authorized goods for return must be received within 14 days of authorization, in the original packaging, sent insured.

Damages which occur during return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

​

Defects are described as anything which will render the piece as unusable such as cracks, splits, or warps. Natural coloration of the wood is not a defect. All defective items will be repaired, replaced or refunded. Defective items accepted for return will be shipped back to us at our expense. Return shipping to the customer will also be at our expense. Returned items must be in the original packaging, sent insured.

Repair, replacement or refund will be at our sole discretion.

How Do I Place An Order?

Follow the "shop" tab and choose the item that you would like to purchase. Choose the size you would like, and follow the prompts to complete your order.

 

Payment and Shipping

Secure Payment is required before we begin to make your purchase. Once your item is completed, your piece will be shipped in a safe and secure manner.

Non-defective Items

All non-defective items that are accepted for return will be at our discretion. All non-defective items will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Returned items must be in the original packaging, sent insured. Original and return shipping costs of non-defective items will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customer Induced Damage

All items with customer induced damage will not be acceptable for returns.

Special Orders

Due to the customer specific nature of special orders, special order pieces are not eligible for returns.
